• Analyze and realign business content.
• Incorporate technical content in RevealSecurity’s website and Sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing.
• Develop concise, consistent, high value process content.
• Continuously improve documentation by responding to and incorporating feedback from customers and internal users.

• Self-driven, with proven ability to initiate and manage ongoing projects from A-Z
• A self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently, while also a great team player
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality
• Superior communication, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, organized with a keen eye for detail
• A people person with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience making technical content accessible to audiences
• Ability to quickly learn highly technical products
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments
• Portfolio of writing samples that communicate technical information in a modern, conversational voice and tone
